There Is No Other Choice Meditation is the Only Choice to Facilitate Personal Growth.

There is only one real way to improve personal growth and limit the restrictions placed on all of us by the constant negative chatter in our mind that some of us experience and that is by practising meditation. To that end I have just released as series of seven meditation practices all completely free and available on YouTube.

To day I want to talk about one of the videos that is called 10 minute meditation ( breathing techniques session 1) and can be found on YouTube.

This video is a prelude to meditation techniques and discusses the various breathing techniques that can be used in meditation. To be specific some of these techniques are used later in the free seven weeks course now available on YouTube. I will be discussing information on the other six videos in the days and weeks ahead.

However, in this first discussed video I want to inform you about the importance of breathing within the remit of meditation. Breathing :

  • Anchors the mind so that more complex meditation techniques can be experienced.
  • By anchoring the mind we allow ourself to recognise the significance of mind chatter a phenomena we all experience.
  • By recognising we experience mind chatter we can experience gaps in mind chatter.
  • By understanding mind chatter we can gain real control in our lives.
